my heart hurts, heartburn or ?

okay i feel like my heart hurts, and emotionally, not physically, i’m a little stressed and i feel pain in my heart and i feel very sad because of things thats happened recently, is this heartburn? i’m worried because heartburn is a symptom of pregnancy, what does heartburn exactly feel like?!
