The differential diagnosis, docs?
gum pain> and bleeding (light)> retrosternal recurrent chest pain (5 out of 10)> type of allergic reaction (mild) in the face [may not be related]> heartburn (about two times a week)> mild to moderate lower abdominal pain, suprapubic (menstruation, when approaches) nausea> and vomiting with menstruation> easy gusts> bruises of anger is my girlfriend. any help would be appreciated. von Willebrand disease and bulimia are a couple of things that immediately come to mind. It is tempting to combine these things together, but it is also possible that there is no unifying pathology. It could a combination of allergies, reflux, iron deficiency anemia, dysmenorrhea, etc., which are quite common. The only way she'll find out for sure is to make an appointment with a clinic good family doc.
