Stomach Heartburn

Do you get heartburn and upset stomach if there is a possibility of being less than two weeks pregnant.?

I had unprotected sex and I’m not on any form of Birth control. I had sex about 2 and a half weeks ago. The last few days I’ve been alot hungier. I’ve also had bad heartburn and smells bother me that didn’t bother me before. I also have a slight upset stomach. Any clues?

Your symptoms are still pretty vague.

If you has sex two and a half weeks ago and it was a fertile time of the month you would be about 4 and a half weeks pregnant, not two weeks, since pregnancy is measured from the FIRST day of the LMP (last menstrual period), not conception.

Two and a half weeks from conception makes it possible for the pregnancy to show up on a home pregnancy test, so take a trip to the pharmacy or supermarket and get yourself a test or two.

Unless you are trying to get pregnant, next time, use contraception! There is a lot more at risk then pregnancy – disease and HIV are real risks as well.

Either way, get yourself to a doctor, nurse or clinic and learn about your body!
