stomach acid problems?

ive had a lot of stomach problems lately .. Acid reflux, heartburn, stomach pain, flatulence, constipation. What can I do or take to feel better? : (

Try drinking more water – You are dehydrated. The stomach creates hydrochloric acid to convert food. Normally, the water acts as an alkaline to neutralize stomach acid. But if you do not drink enough, there will not be enough alkaline to protect the stomach and esophagus.
