Relief Of Heartburn

Is this heartburn?

Like when i lay down at night, it seems to get worse. But if i lay on my side or back its not so bad. Its sort of a burning sensation right in my heart area. I Took Pepto Bismol last night and really no sign of relief. If this is heartburn, what cures it (It’s Not fun!!) I have had it for 3 days! I went to vacation this weekend and i did not eat the right foods. Heres what i had, Chips, French Fries, Chicken tenders, Glazed Pecans, CrapCake, Cheesburger, Sour Patch Kids, Eggs, a ham sandwich. Also it hurts painfully when i breathe. Please tell me what you may think this is. ask questions if needed.

Well stop shoving food of that quality in your face. Your eatting nothing but junk, grease and sugar… what did you think was going to happen?

Go to a health food store and get some braggs vinegar and drink a tsp of that with some water to get your heartburn junkfood stomach to heal. Infact take a tsp of the vinegar before you eat anything on your trip.

You cannot digest that much junk without some pain. It just works its self out and why you are feeling the pain is because your body is telling you to STOP!
