Mucous In The Stools

six months old baby had blood and mucous in stools?

it started with the diarrhea he had for a week or so.he was pooping 8-10 times a day and then it was very much his stool was still a bit green and fluffy and it was then pooing 3-4 times a day especially after day an meals.then 3 days back, I saw a light smears of red blood in his blood and his paed said it was ok, but I had testing the very next day.The routine test said mucus in the stool and not another infection and occult blood test was negative.although I'm relievd and the doc also said its nt a problem until now as I saw the same streaks.i'm panicking now. should I change the doc? I breastfeed and he started solids a month back to give him things he is usd to all Home cooked.have No carrot apple started recently? Is he allergic to? pls help
