Microwave Food Heartburn

What it means to be fat?

I am a year 27. old male. 5'10 ", 172 lbs. I'm quite thin and Research has always been the most times. Last year and even last year, I put about 15 pounds or more., eating junk food and microwave bold. Decided to eat better, after a long period of heartburn (including I never had before). So much so that I could not eat and thought I had an ulcer. But I'm ok now. When I told a friend I lost weight, he says I am beautiful and that last year I was plump. Plump feel fat? Or just a little overweight?

Plump simply means a little overweight
