Food aversions during pregnancy?
I’m 4 months pregnant. I have had really bad food aversions throughout my whole pregnancy so far. Almost everything smells and looks nasty! I have to force myself to eat. Even thinking about food gives me bad heartburn. I am so picky. The ONLY things I’ll eat are pomegranites, some potatoes, and mexican beans, rice, and green enchiladas from this store like 30 minutes away from my home. I can’t afford to eat out all the time, and I’m starting to get sick of potatoes. I don’t know what to do. I’ve always been a big eater. Is there a remedy for this?
I take a prenatal vitamin every day, as well as an omega 3 and calcium supplement.
in the same boat as you babe. I cant eat anything except potatoes and pizza!! Oh and that double cheeseburger from mcdonalds lol. Have you tried bagels and cream cheese?? That works for me. Im 5 months and when I was 4 it was really bad but its slowly getting better. I hope it does for you. Try chewing a tums before you eat its helped me alot.
