Meal Planning For Heartburn

I have a very bad acid reflux and heartburn?

I have a very bad acid reflux and heartburn problem. I have them both every day all day. I cant really find any menus out there for this. I know what certain foods make me sick and what foods I can eat. But it would be nice to have my meals planned out and to have a menu to go by. Yes, I am taking meds for the both issues noted above, but they only help so much.

There is no menu for this. You need to see a doc and get prescripion meds for this. Left untreated it can erode your esophogus. YOu can eat anything you want so long as it doesn’t bother you and if you get this treated I am betting you will be able to eat most anything. Go see your doc and get this treated before it causes permanent damage.
