how do i cure my indigestion?

yesturday, i ate breakfast at 7:30, a small lunch at 11:00 and then I waited until 10:00 (I know its a LONG time) and ate a huge hamburger at kelseys. when i went to sleep that night I woke up at 4 a.m and i felt like something from stuck in my throat and really bloated. I know i have indigestion right now and it’s so uncomfortable! I tried drinking coke, and my dad even massaged my back. what else can i do to cure my indigestion?? thanks.

2. drink the following: 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, a pinch of baking soda, mixed in a glass of water.
