Heartburn Symptom Of Pregnancy

Heartburn, indigestion and other various aches?

In early pregnancy one of the symptoms is heartburn caused through indigestion. I quite often suffer from indigestion anyway because i bolt my food. I seem now though to get heartburn with it – would this be a pregnancy symptom? Also i a few weeks ago i was suffering with cramps and twinges – these have calmed down now but when i eat food i get the odd twinge in my stomach and back – anyone else had this?

I had this for my first pregnancy…my doctor said tums everyday it was good for me and the baby…calcium. I have already had gas pains during my pregnancy so severe I had to leave church, I went home and soaked in hot bath water and then lay on the couch with my legs hanging over the back of the couch and this helped me out a lot.
