Heartburn Sufferer

Could I have damaged my Esophagus?
A couple weeks ago I had the worst heartburn ever. Now I am not a heart burn sufferer, but I do get it occasionally; however, that day I felt the pain all the way to my back. Now it seems like whenever I eat something it feels like it’s stuck in the are that is between my stomach and the top of my Esophagus. This concerns me a great deal, could that heartburn have damaged my esophagus? Is there anything I can do naturally that may help this feeling go away?
You have acid reflux (G.E.R.D.). Even though you don’t suffer from heartburn all the time, you still have acid coming up. You said you feel like there is something in your throat after you eat, right? If so, it’s acid. You need to see your doctor so that he can give you medication to help your reflux. My reflux is so bad that it is eating away at my vocal chords. I didn’t know what was going on until I finally went to see my doctor.
I hope I’ve helped in some way. Try drinking milk with your meals. Milk is a base and will push that acid back down into your stomach. I hope you feel better.
