Heartburn Sleep

Last night I ate pizza and I could not sleep because of heartburn?

I can not sleep! I ate pizza last night until 6:23 My question is how long I should not eat the pizza before going to bed? I eaten in 21 hours, as hitherto, it is 6:23 Gosh! Should I have to eat pizza for 18 hours? I ask anyone of those you have experience before? Thank you.

Well, pizza in general is not too healthy if consumed too much too often. If you ate more than a few slices could be more than heartburn. I had gallstones which may be eating too fatty / greasy foods over a long period of time. When you eat fatty foods you can feel like heartburn, but it is actually just pain radiating from the stones being moved inside our tiny organ called the gallbladder. Mine are not extremely painful, some are. I'd be very cautious, it is not fun. If your heart burn for several hours, buttocks may not be the answer. I guess do not eat at least a few hours before bedtime. If heartburn continues to say I cut out the foods that cause or mitigate it, if it does yet u may need to be strengthened through a medical Rx. Just watch it (perhaps keep a food diary) and does not improve not go to el doctor por favor!
