Heartburn Relief In Pregnancy

What is the best way??

I know that my aches and pains everywhere are caused by the fact that I am already the size I was at 9 months with my 4 boys, and there are 2 babies in there. I just can’t seem to get any relief. Laying down and sleeping make me wake up miserable. I feel as if every nerve in my body is pinched and everything aches. What are some things I can do to get some relief. It’s still early in my pregnancy and it’s horrible. I’d rather have the morning sickness and deal with the heartburn than feel like I can’t even move. I am even having a hard time getting in and out of the car. Could my inadequate diet and eating habits have something to do with this? How about smoking could that have an effect on the way I feel? I really just want to feel better. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m only just going into my 31st week, so I’m not huge yet… but the things that help me the most are yoga and other gentle stretching.

Its really helpful for my back, helping me to be able to move around and stay active. I didn’t start doing them until I was around 23/24 weeks, then I started having difficulty doing simple stuff. I still can’t tie my shoes, but I think thats just pregnancy for you lol.

Eating a healthy diet has really helped me a lot. I was really suprised. Thats something I’ve really started in the past two weeks.
