Does milk help heartburn in pregnancy?
I am 30 weeks pregnant and for 2-3 days now, I wake up in the middle of the night with heartburn and sweating. Someone said that the milk will help. I'll call my doc tomorrow but I wanted a general opinion. Is that the milk help? What recourse household (do not want to do drugs with medication)
It will help, but only for a short period. Good luck
