Heartburn Menopause
Why do not you use natural remedies for treating insomnia?
Let's start with the definition of insomnia. Insomnia is difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. And insomnia is not always measured by the number of hours of sleep because everyone needs sleep and practice varies. Like most of us know that insomnia is and how we feel the next day with one or nights White further, not all of us seek treatment and remain unaware of the options available to treat insomnia. I have interesting things to tell you.
Let's start with the symptoms of insomnia. In general there are three types of insomnia, and are based on how long it lasts.
* Transient insomnia: lasts less than four weeks
* Insomnia Short term: the inability to sleep well for four to six months
* Chronic insomnia: inability to sleep every night or almost every night for more than six months
symptoms of insomnia transitional and short-term insomnia may be caused by stress factors such as job loss, marital problems, personal events and simply worry things.
Chronic symptoms of insomnia can be caused by diseases such as heartburn medical menopause, diabetes and arthritis, sleep disordered breathing such as sleep apnea as a cause to stop breathing during sleep, restless legs syndrome (RLS) is recurrent leg movements during sleep. "Learned" insomnia, where you go bed worrying about going to sleep. Age, because age we sleep becomes lighter and more fragmented. And lifestyle factors, such as consumption, caffeine alcohol and drug abuse, smoking, poor sleep habits.
insomnia treatment can be divided into two zones: treatment with and without medication.
When people think about treating insomnia, they tend to think that sleeping pills can become addictive and can simply raise more medical problems. But in my research I found that there are indeed many non-medical treatments and techniques that go there a long way to help you feel sleepy at night and staying asleep.
Here are some techniques and suggestions I've found.
Develop a sleep schedule
* Exercise during the day
* Keep a comfortable room temperature
* Avoid stimulating drugs, like nicotine and caffeine right before bed
* Avoid alcohol
* Avoid heavy meals before bedtime
* Natural remedies, including teas at night and alternative medicine
* Increased exposure to sunlight over the morning and evening
* Relaxation therapy to reduce tension and anxiety of the body
Your next step? To take what you have learned and learn more about natural remedies and natural cures for insomnia. Just a moment of your time, it can be a wise choice for you or someone you know and love who suffers from insomnia.
