I am 33 weeks pregnant, contractions and having bad pain in my right side?

I had a nonstress test and other tests at the hospital Friday to rule out preterm labor, but as the contractions started this last week I sharp burning pain on my right side just under my ribs. This is definitely not heartburn or indigestion, which feels like someone who stabbed me in my side and it comes and goes all day. Has anyone heard of something like that is related to pregnancy or is it may be something unrelated to pregnancy? Thank you
