Early gastrointestinal symptoms>> … pregnancy?

DH and I are TTC. LMP was June 5 … ovulated around June mid-June. Having heartburn / indigestion. Is this an early pregnancy symptom? I just wanted to ask before I call my dr tomorrow matters. I want to make sure everything is ok. My mid-lower back is so bad.

It was certainly a symptom for me, and continued throughout pregnancy. 2 weeks before I found I was pregnant, I started with bad heartburn, so I was only 4 weeks pregnancy. It may well be asymptomatic, but may be too early to sit the test. Call the doctor, theres nothing wrong with request. Good luck!
