Heartburn Enough Acid Not

Is this serious enough to go to the Hospital?

31 year old, 6 feet tall, 327 lbs. male with no fever and the following symptoms:
An unusual excess amount of gas in digestive system coming out both mouth and rear causing nausea but not vomiting and interfering with eating.
Increased acid burning/heartburn.
Slightly high blood pressure.
Dizziness.
Pain in lower left side of abdomen and in front beneath belly at waistline.
Increased pressure on the bladder causing more frequent trips to the toilet.
Loose stool but not yet diarrhea.
Pain of having to move stool but nothing coming out when trying.
Spending an hour or more on the toilet with intermittent movements and half full bladder releases.
Sore muscles from trying to move stool.
Sensitivity to light.
Waking up every two hours during sleep with dry mouth/throat to the point of choking.
Flashes of heat.
Chills to the bone.
Aches in joints and muscles.
An unusual sensitivity to cold.
