Heartburn Chest Pain

how to know if your chest pains are heartburn or something more serious?

for the past two years ive had what my doctor keeps telling me is heartburn but he only gives me pain medince for it and nothing to really help it..it got alot worse when i was pregnant & now im on a medicine called accutane and chest pains is a big side effect.how do i determind if its heartburn or something is really wrong? cause i cant go to the hospital everytime it happends!!

That is way too long to be playing with a pain like that. Is it heartburn? Could be but the more important question is what is causing it, right? I don’t believe heartburn just happens, why would it? There has to be a reason for it and one that is as long running as yours lends itself to my theory, that it’s from outside your stomach that the pain originates. I feel that you get pinched muscles in your back, easy to do while pregnant and which some are easy to live with, some people don’t know they had a problem until something like this happens. The pinched muscles end up putting pressure on the nerves going to your stomach. those nerves in turn make the stomach produce more acid than the stomach needs and you have problems. You must have enough pressure on the nerves so you don’t even get a rest out of this. Here is how you can release those muscles to get your relief:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
