Heartburn Apple
![]()
my woman recommended I drink a shot of apple cider vinegar for heartburn…?
it’s been twenty minutes, and my only conclusion is that it was a sick prank and she hates me. has anyone else ever heard of this as a cure for heartburn?
it still hurts
You are supposed to mix it with water and drink it three times a day. This really does work if done correctly. 3 tablespoons in a 6-ounce glass of water is the right mix. However, this is a long term cure, not an instant one.
The cure for heart-burn: the ordinary apple, if eaten the right way.
