Constipation. This complaint concerns a large proportion of pregnant women. It is largely due to an increase in the body's production of progesterone which decreases the ability of the colon to absorb water from the food you eat. Drink more milk than usual episodes can also cause constipation. This problem is getting worse, just after the first quarter. You can help alleviate the problem by making sure you drink plenty of water, is much Exercise and including foods rich in fiber in your diet.
Dizziness or fainting. Many pregnant women first know they are pregnant after their low then go to the doctor to try to determine the cause. This is what causes dizziness or fainting.
Fatigue. Feel more tired than usual is a very common warning sign that you may be pregnant. The blood carries more oxygen to the fetus in the uterus, causing your heart to beat faster and in turn causes you to feel tired.
