Heartburn And Acid Reflux
Too much Mountain Dew and really bad heartburn/acid reflux? Help me out please?
Hi everyone! Today, I had really, really bad heartburn/acid reflux (I’m not sure which, so forgive me haha), like so bad I was in tears. I don’t know what caused it, but could it have been it be caused by drinking a 1 liter each day for the past 2 days? Yeah, I know, that’s a lot for me. Could it be food also? Because I’m scared to eat, I really really don’t want it to happen again! Anyway, thanks in advance!

There are definitely foods that can aggravate the condition. Take Omeprazole once daily for 1 week and you should be feeling fine.
