Heartburn And Acid Feeling
Why Rolaids make my heartburn worse (after taking Prozac)?
I just started taking prozac ago days, and today, after I took my pill, I have something that feels like heartburn massive. I took three Rolaids and the third that I realized it was making it feel worse, which had never happened before. Drink Water cools down temporarily. Whatever this is it very painful and burning, but not exactly like acid.
Ok we decompose. Prozac is to make your stomach acid hyper-sensitive and it is a side effect of the drug and you should tell your doctor about this. Rolaids are part of the acid in the ingredients so you felt the acid sensation. What you should do is start something like Nexium prozac in addition until your body adapts to the new sensation caused by prozac then you can stop it slowly. Contact me if you need something new
