I have heartburn all the time what to do?
Im 19 and for the last 8 months or so I burn stomach had almost all the time. my diet is not the best and I do drink more alcohol than I should probably say that I am the university if it is really hard to avoid. As I said I have enough time and most probably after is sensitive most meals. I was about this time about 4-5 gp. I was given a drug that seems to be really cheesy at all times that each is really me off going again I wonder what can really be done! As I said I had it 8 months now so it gets a bit worrying now. I'll probably make another visit to a GP soon see what im given, but I mean what are the ways to get rid naturally heartburn? My mother suggested rice diet for a few days to see if it will eventually, is that the sentence trying? I took Gaviscon but again it does nothing just meant plain rice not rice plan
