GERD DIET VERSION CAUSE constipation?
I had a poor diet that causes symptoms of GERD, but now that I changed my diet, I am more constipated or just go less often an idea?
If the stools are hard in consistency and you do an effort to push them out, it is constipation, and considerably increases your daily water intake will help to stop this phenomenon. Except not my first answer, then you're probably going less often due to a healthier diet. People who ingest a diet rich in fat have tend to have more frequent, less trained than those saddles that have a diet rich in fiber.
