Are my symptoms throat cancer?

Hi im am a 16 year old male and recently my throat feels like their is a ball stuck in my throat or something. I am afraid that its throat cancer i dont smoke, but i took this medicine for my bad allergies and my doctor said that it could cause esophogitis. and i got that and left it untreated for like 2 months cause my doctor said it will go away on its own well it never did but i did take a antibiotic for my sinus infection and it seem to have gone away with it but like 1 or 2 months later it feels the same again and im affraid that it may be cancerous. I feel like its hard to breath sometimes and i always have sinus infections and ear infections due to my allergies, but i dont know if its just all in my head cause ive read the symptoms of throat cancer online even though im not suppose to. And currently i am taking zoloft and amoxicillin. Also i had a ct scan of my head last year due to concussion
i am also constantly clearing my throat.

you might want to get a biopsy.
i am 16 too, had/have thyroid cancer and it started w a lump in my neck.
but i didnt have the ear infections.
just a hard time breathing and swallowing.
get it checked but don’t freak because in most cases tumors in the neck do not need chemo. only radiation.
