Is it okay to take prenatals with probiotics and digestive enzymes?

I am taking probiotics and digestive enzymes to treat my heartburn, acid reflux and IBS. My doctor wants me to tke prenatals so that whenever I am ready to have children or if it happens unplanned, I will have had folic acid etc. Is it ok to take these products together?

I am sure that taking both pre-natals and probiotics while pregnant is not harmful but I do suggest you take them both with plenty of water and with some food to get the max from both
