What is the best English dictionary for advanced learners?

I’m a native speaker, and I’m studying English.

Look in book stores or online for dictionaries named things such as “Harvard Dictionary” or “College English Dictionary”. These are usually very, very in depth and good for advanced english. (May be costly if it matters)
