Drinking Vinegar To Treat Heartburn
Applecider use vinegar to treat reflux esophageal sphincter caused by lazy?
My mother insists that ACV works for my reflux but I do not think so. My reflux is caused by an esophageal sphincter lazy, and I can not feel anything up, acid or not. I get all the time burns stomach, food or drink, or even if I went to bed or to burp really bad. Tums, milk or yogurt are the only things that ever help acid, but still did not keep the stomach contents down. Does the work stroke? Do you have any other reccomendations?
The trigger that tells the esophageal sphincter to close is in fact the pH of the stomach. If the pH of the stomach is not acid enough, it does not trigger the valve. So … often, heartburn is caused by too little stomach acid. A good way to know if your problem is too acidic or too little is to complete the acid from the stomach and see if it resolves the symptoms. Lots of people use LCA, because it is a weak acid. But also because the bitter taste that stimulates the production of stomach acid. It is an option – and it can be very useful. Give it a try! LCA will not hurt you (except maybe the worsening heartburn that once … and you can always take some Tums to ease reflux.) But if it works, you know that your problem is really too little acid. (Personally, I recommend a 1g-buffered vitamin C instead of stroke. It acid a little harder and it's really good for you.)
