Dizziness Heartburn Together

I NEED TO KNOW. PLEASE HELP ..?

I had my last period beginning May 31 It lasted five days, then two days later, I noticed on toilet paper, but only when I wiped. In June, I missed the period together than having a spot of light pink on toilet paper one time when I wiped at the time I should have begin. Today is July 13th and I havent started yet. I took 3 tests. 4th and then 7 and 8 July. All were negative. Breasts arent bad, but bad heartburn. Had nausea but no vomiting, headache and dizziness. Light cramps like period cramps for about a month now, but just off and on. Was real tired for a few weeks but now it party and im a lot better. Does anyone know what this could be? I havent been able to go to the doctor because im in the city with my husband whose mother was diagnosed with cancer. Yes, my husband and I are very sexually active and never use protection trying to get pregnant. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all. Tina ..
