Digestive Problems

Mitigate any digestive problems that come with starting to eat meat after several years of vegetables?
I been a vegetarian for 7 years, but I started eating meat a few weeks. I eat very little meat (usually 3-4 ounces of lean meat at a time) but since I started, I lived very uncomfortable digestive problems. I a very healthy diet also (lots of fiber, water, etc. Another protein). I know I need a few months for my stomach enzymes to adapt to eating meat, but what I can do to speed the process along or to do a little more comfortable for me? I'm ready to take supplements, etc. Thank you.
The most important of all is trophology, the laws of food combining. If you mix your meat with a starch, As with the sandwich, it causes a clear soup, where the enzymes are not working. Amylase requires an alkaline pH, and proteast acid. You mix protein and starch and you have a neutral pH, the establishment of putrefaction and other ill effects. Also, eating grass eating organic meat, otherwise the acid arachidonic causes inflammation, not to mention growth hormones, antibiotics and pesticide residues.
Digestive Problems Shouldn’t be the Norm
