Why do I have heartburn?

I recently started college and I suddenly had burns stomach and it is very annoying, but I'm a little gasey well. Why in the hell is that? How can I control? (I'm stressing because I go to conferences, etc.) The fact is that I am fit, drink lots of water, exercise daily and I do not eat fried things (even if I'm in WI-ha), I think I am confused about this.
