Cider Vinegar And Heartburn

Can we eat too much apple cider vinegar?
I think they recommend 2 tablespoons soup before eating, but I just drank half a cup and Im wondering if it was not safe. I do not really feel sick other than mild heartburn and type of full. Is this possible?
1 / 2 cup of vinegar is a LOT to drink, even if it is cider vinegar. The vinegar is acidic, if you drink tons of what you irritate your stomach (which is probably why you feel full and have mild heartburn). I do not think there is a limit on the amount cider vinegar, you can drink, but I would not go over the recommended 2 tablespoons soup, since you end up feeling pretty bad if you drink lots of it permanently.
