Causing Food Heartburn

What causes heartburn in this situation?
I went to a training class (24 hours) last night for the first time in almost 2 years. I'm not sure what it was called, but it was an hour and we a lot of cardio with step, squats with a bar and weights, and various routines upperbody w / handweights. I expected to feel bad, but I do not expect to heartburn. What would cause that in this situation? I've been eating lots of raw vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower) and a raw egg in the morning (for the past week). Have been very few "bad" foods. Heartburn is greatly minimized today – almost disappeared, but there is something I can do to prevent or treat next time if she comes back after / during a session Training? Thank you!
If you ate shortly before your work-out, especially with squats, you might have ended-up forcing acid into the esophagus. * * Eat lightly before exercise, and try to make them "simple" foods that the body will able to digest easily. In addition, raw vegetables (depending on the person) can cause gas, which can cause a touch of heartburn as well. You can do yourself favor on this point by the collection of steam. steamed vegetables have all the nutrients of raw materials, and causes much less gas problems wise … they also sometimes taste a little better.
