Causes Of Severe Heartburn

I'm having pain in your throat hurts and feels like defining something stuck there can someone help?

I feel bad all day, I can not figure out at first it feels like a bad case of heartburn, and now it seems to be burning pain when I swallow and it hurts in the middle of my back? Is it the pneumonia or something else? If anyone has any ideas or had before I would really like to know? Because I can not a doctor now. Maybe someone would have some kind of home remedy I could try?
