What foods do not cause heartburn during pregnancy?
I'm horrible heartburn to the point I have to stand during sleep and I feel like EVERYTHING I eat, I heartburn – I must admit I was abit of an addict junk food lately, but I changed my habits – I'm sworn to any sweet food (except Friday) anyway does anyone he suggegstions or a link to a list of foods that will not help my stomach problems? Thank you!
