Cause Food Heartburn

What fruits can cause heartburn?

My daughter aged 14 years suffers from what I believe heartburn or something of its kind and has been ongoing for several days now. The only thing she has eaten on a consistent basis lately is mixed fresh fruit. (Melon, grapes, pineapples in containers that you get to the shop that is already cut for you) this might be making him heartburn? I have heartburn all the time myself and the symptoms she describes are exactly like mine. Also, what foods should I Dining? She is hungry but I have no idea what to give him that will not aggravate their symptoms. Oh, no … she is not overweight at all. It measures 5'8 "and wears a size 3 in the clothes.

I usually find that citrus give me heartburn, things like oranges and lemon. Try eating bananas intstead, they give you a good energy to boot too. You can get a good list of non-citrus search on google. Also try nuts and berries. Hope this helps.
