How can I help but eat bad food while im on my period?

IM like chocolate and junk food … our house doesn't not much food to begin with except frozen stuff you have to cook a meal and make the most of time im not even hungry continuessly i am in the kitchen hunting for my snack im also very tired today … I think it's because I slept too long (ish 0:00 to 11:00 … about 11 hours) What can I do / eat to feel better, without feeling guilty afterwards?

Sounds more like you're eating in the restaurant boredom – and just using your period as an excuse. Find more active things to do with your time. Do not worry – it will not hurt be active during your period. It is actually healthy. If you go out and exercise, you will not feel guilty about eating.
