What Food / give you heartburn during pregnancy?

I'm 10 weeks 1 day today. I vegetarian soup like last night for dinner. It was really delicious but I had the worst heartburn it. Tums has not even really help. I start trying to find my heartburn triggers during my pregnancy. What were yours? How did you stop? I know we're all different but I'm really curious:) Thanks ladies! Faith Mummy-oh yes, I remember your old name:) nope no clomid for me. It was Femara + Gonal-f + shooting injectable ovulation induction. Clomid was too strong for me, even at 50 mg. Congratulations your all-lil!

Honestly, it does not matter what I eat. I do all day anyway. Sometimes just water Pure gives me heartburn! Earlier on things like onions really made me in but now that's all. I gave up Tums to help because they were not at all and approval of my physician, began to take an acid reducer (Pepcid) per day to avoid its first. That's what helped me the most.
