Back Heartburn

back heartburn
Anyone have this type of pain … heartburn and backache? Heartburn?

I'm 16 weeks and I got this heartburn that back pain in the middle of my shoulder blades. I went to the hospital because I could not not take the pain .. they thought it was a pulmonary embolism .. God thank you .. it was not. Says my gallbladder was fine. My doc said was probably heartburn. A person experienced heart burn? I did not feel this pain. It I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes. They told me to take Tums or Mylanta .. mint tea as well. It seems that pregnancy highlights all these evils I have never had before.

First, let me tell you, you poor. I know the hell ur! Try different anti acid your doctor can give a list of the substance prescription that is safe for you to try. I had a bottle of Mylanta (diff flavors) in the kitchen, bedroom, and in my bag! Drink. I found the liquid works much faster. also, try a plain (no salt) crackers, apple juice, stay away of orange juice or grape guts because they are high in acid. In fact stay as far citrus you can get! Herbal tea is ok, but tea and coffee have high acid content, hard to believe huh? Peaches are good, pears, lettuce but is difficult to digest, all leafy vegetables are less cooked like spinach. No tomato sauce is OK, but here's a trick to do OK, use a teaspoon of fourth (little) and put the soda dough well in a pot of spaghetti sauce, it neutralizes the acid! No, I'm not kidding.Yes, I'm positive. Red meat can cause you a problem on a bad day, try to eat more turkey, chicken (not fried) and fish. stay away from Taco Bell, and low-cal yogurt and ice cream are Heaven! Hope this helps but please get the list of medicines from your doctor or check with the pharmacist before trying any something new. Good luck and when you hold this baby, you forget all about the heartburn, I promise.
