Attack Heart Vs Heartburn

Heart attack vs. level of pain of heartburn?

I was terribly bad heartburn, the other evening, the pain was almost like a boken arm after the shock dissipates. So how much worse is a heart attack? I do not expect not really a heart attack But I do not understand that heartburn can be as bad as I really doubted that it was just heartburn. (18, slightly overweight = (mild to high systolic blood pressure, and Dexedrine for ADHD, so only 3 indicatior high risk, and 1 by saying that it is almost impossible for me to have a heart attack, but just in case, you know: P)
