Medicines and vitamins, everything about them?

Ok, I have a question. I take lots of vitamins that they say are good for you that we needed. My question is, what, if any side effects these pills can cause? Do have reactions with another? Are they safe to take? Am I doing more? Im starting to worry about things these pills can cause the longrun perhaps my health. List are two prescription medications: Wellbutrin 150mg Prilosec heartburn 20MG Vitamins: Women's one a day weight smart vitamins multi vitamin vitamin C 500mg 1000 IU of vitamin B complex a day of fish oil omega 3 1200 mg (I take everything, because they say it's good for your health to get bc and further, and fish oils) Acai Acidophilus pills Proboitcs (the latter for the loss of weight, I heard they were good and antioxidants) Green Tea primarily for energy 315 mg twice a day does not know if anyone knows anything, even about these pills, but im wondering if do more and endanger my health? Thank you

WOW! Ok, so I'm not a doctor, or even in the health profession, but I take everything you are currently taking and can tell you a few things about how they affected me: Wellbutrin – has made me gain weight like crazy. So I took pills acai for "counter" and once I read a long list of side effects that I wanted to vomit. I also still take a day of vitamin B complex, and a C & D. Once or twice a week, I'll throw in a calcium pill ADDITIONAL. The B complex is wonderful Energy and metabolisim, I do not think you still need the additinoal Acidophilus Probotics or green tea (although green tea has many health benefits). Most vitamins are soluble in water, and you do not pee the excess your body does not absorb at once – so make sure you Take the extended-release or it is really for nothing. Overall, I was told by my doctor that is a good multivitamin daily all you really need – and he even went as far as saying that the vitamin supplement business market so that we "believe" we need all these vitamins, whereas in reality, if you eat a balanced diet, everything we need from our diet. Hope it helps, and again I am not a doctor but have been in your shoes!
