my boyfriend has had acid reflux for many years. it was on medication for a long time and recently decided to go for it, because of some side effects, it was sentiment. We're trying to adjust his diet, but we arent sure what foods are less likely to cause heartburn. I know that most triggers are acidic foods, foods CITRIS, dark ale … He said even eat a piece of bread seems to make more stomach acid and heartburn is worse. Please if anyone has any info on the subject i would appreciate it very much, I hate to see him in so many pain every day from him.
