Natural Treatment For Acid Reflux / heartburn?

Does anyone know a natural cure / treatment of heartburn Acid Reflux /? It is so bad it feels like my chest is going to explode. The doctor recommended Prilosec, which works wonderfully, but raises my blood pressure to dangerous levels (240 + / 220 +). Zantac works but also causes a discharge out of my left nipple. All recommendations?
